Current TTC Status (waiting, JLIH, actively trying, etc.): Waiting for my first AF after m/c
If currently ttc, where are you in your cycle right now (if you know)? Who knows. I have been trying to tell when I might O (so that I can predict when to expect AF) by CM, but I'm sure my body is all messed up so it's probably stupid to try to interpret anything.
Vents/struggles this week: I've been pretty blue lately. Not all of the time, I guess it's lucky that we've been so freaking busy because it gets my mind off of things. But when I have down time, I'm definitely a little depressed. Oh, and then I just heard from my MIL that DH's cousin was like complaining about us to the entire family. The cousins had a family brunch on Sunday, and they sent out the evite about a month ago right when I was going through my m/c. Between having a lot on my mind and being so so so busy, I will admit that I completely forgot to RSVP yes or no. And forget DH doing it - he is just terrible about that stuff (probably because I always do it.) Anyway, totally slipped my mind and we didn't RSVP and we didn't go. My bad. So I guess the cousin complained to DH's aunt about us, and then to DH's grandma (who is VERY etiquette minded) and then that got back to DH's mom....blah blah blah. I feel bad, but I also kind of feel a little annoyed because mistakes happen, and I wish she would have just called me instead of complaining about us to everyone else. It's just another thing to feel crappy about, kwim?
Positives this week: It's nice seeing so many people on both sides of the family that we haven't seen in a long time. Oh, and sushi tonight! Yay!
Anything else you want to add: No, I think that I have ranted enough.
Alissa,I'm sorry you are feeling so blue. I know how hard it can be. It especially sucks when it feels like everyone has moved on and you are still grieving. I hope that keeping busy this month will help not feel so down. And rant away! That's why we're here. Remember, I'm just a PM away.

I totally agree. I didn't realize how lonely the grieving process is. I kind of went through a similar situation where people in the church (who knew I was going through a m/c) were mad because I wasn't available to take care of their stupid trivial problems. I was like, seriously? How do they not get it? I mean, I know I'm a pastor, but I'm still human.
I didn't feel like I owed them anything, but it still ticked me off that they felt like they had a right to feel that way towards me.
