If currently ttc, where are you in your cycle right now (if you know)? Cycle #49, Cycle Day 3

Vents/struggles this week:
#1 - I think I had an ovarian cyst last cycle as the whole cycle was FULL of bleeding and spotting for nearly 10 days straight and no ovulation. I had severe pinching pains and cramps on CD 7, which made no sense to me what-so-ever. It was much too early for ovulation on CD 7, so I knew it couldn't be that. I had those pains for 3 days straight, I couldn't eat, it hurt to sit, to walk, to basically move. On CD 10, I started to bleed and spot and did so until AF arrived early 3 days ago. I've had cysts before but it's been afew years and the last time I needed surgery to remove it, so I'm hoping this one just ruptured on it's own and that's the end of it.
#2 - We're suppose to be leaving for Niagara Falls next weekend for my Anniversary surprise for SO and on Wednesday the other couple backed out. Told us they couldn't afford to go when I had already paid for everything and they owe me $430. Also, SO still hasn't asked for the time off. So, basically I wasn't left with many options and decided to just scrap the whole vacation and lesson learned on the money I've lost. I ended up putting the surprise baseball tickets I had on ebay for sale but no takers as of last night. (See positives for outcome) Wink

Positives this week:
#1 - We ended up finding a replacement couple late last night. I'm not the biggest fan of SO's friend but at this point, it's either allow him and his girlfriend to go with us or take a loss on everything that I've bought. So, the other couple are going with us now and SO still doesn't know about the surprise, so that's good too.
#2 - I wanted to build a pergola in the backyard or some type of yardistry thing to hang out underneath this summer with our patio table but my dad said it would be a lot of work and wood is really expensive now and it will have to be maintained every year. So, I've been looking at gazebos and found one last night that we both really love and for a good price. It's even got a bar attached to it!! ROFL So, I'm hoping to go pick it up soon and set it up on our patio. I can't wait to actually have a backyard to enjoy this summer. Biggrin

Anything else you want to add:
I had an awesome week at work! We had low numbers all week (under 10 kids everyday), so we were able to get things done for next week and that week should be just as easy too.

Shannon - thanks for updating. I've been thinking about you and wondering how you were doing.

Sophia - you, too! Sorry about Evie's nightmares. Does she go to Daycare while you are working during the day? If so do you think something unusual could be happening there that's causing them? Kids can get scared about the most unusual things sometimes (as you know).

Current TTC Status (waiting, JLIH, actively trying, etc.): Actively Trying

If currently ttc, where are you in your cycle right now (if you know)? CD23, 11DPO

Vents/struggles this week: My son is sick again, less than a week since his last virus. Poor little guy. Also on the TTC front I'm just not "feeling" it. All 4 pregnancies I had insomnia for 1-2 hours in the middle of the night by now. I will not test until Thursday bc I only have one test (digital), and I’m not spending any more money than I already have especially since I don’t feel this is my month.

Positives this week: I am sooo happy to not be spotting yet, even if I’m not pregnant. I hope I haven’t jinxed it but even if it starts tonight that’s one day later than last month and 5 days later than the month before. Improvement!

Anything else you want to add: Summer is coming soon, can’t wait for warm weather and swimming pools!

Your career/job: Accountant

Current TTC Status (waiting, JLIH, actively trying, etc.): Waiting until June or July

Vents/struggles this week: DH keeps going back and forth on trying again right away or waiting for a while. He just feels we have some things that need to be addressed (me getting my CPA, etc.). Things I wish he had mentioned to me 6 months ago before we got pregnant and had a m/c.

Positives this week: Went to the doctor this morning and had a blood test. My body has taken care of everything and it looks to her like the bleeding/spotting is actually my period. I'm amazed it's come this fast. 3 weeks post m/c. With Kaiser when you make a same-day appointment you are not gauranteed your regular doctor. Funny thing is I liked who I saw today better than who I saw before...

Anything else you want to add: We are having crazy weather. Hot last week.. raining this week. Weird...

Vents/struggles this week: I wish DH would get on board with actively trying instead of JLIH. I think I'm going to get too old if that is how it is going to go.

Positives this week: Completed my first real cycle after the m/c and it seems like my LP is much more normal now than the 8-10 days I had before. This one was actually 13 days, and my o day was on day 13 and not 15 or 16 as before. All in all it seemed like a much more normal cycle than I had since my first m/c where it took several months to get back to somewhat normal cycles.

Anything else you want to add: Stacey - if you didn't ovulate due to the m/c then 3 weeks is possible as when you don't O your cycles tend to be shorter.

Hey all,

I know it's early for me to post on here, but I know I will end up here soon.

I am in the midst of waiting for a u/s to confirm a missed m/c (very low hcg levels and not going up). This is my 3rd pregnancy (the first one was also a missed m/c). I have a 20 month old son who is my miracle baby Smile DH and I have been dealing with infertility for almost 7 years now and concieved my son via Clomid & IUI. We are both older and this is the last baby we are trying for. So, as soon as we get the go ahead again, we'll be back at the fertility clinic to try and concieve miracle baby #2.

I look forward to getting to know you all and watching your BFP's!

Sorry for the reason you have to be here, but welcome Smile I apologize that I didn't see your post until today. I'm so sorry for your loss. Best wishes to you for success in conceiving miracle baby #2.

Thanks everyone. It's been very hard - and I guess I'm not as ok as I thought I was.

I'm back to work now and very glad to be busy. Time to heal and hopefully TTC late August again.
