Yay! I am so glad that we are doing this again. It's so great to have support when you are trying to lose weight, and I tend to stay off of the message boards on MyFitnessPal because some of those people are cuh-razy negative.

Yesterday I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the exercise bike. I also walked on my breaks and lunch hour (so about an hour total) and stayed within my calorie range for the day, although I can't say that I ate super healthy yesterday. I had a sandwich and potato chips for lunch, and then a cheeseburger (but no fries! We had asparagus and melon on the side) for dinner.

    Today I had/am having:
    Breakfast: Yogurt and granola
Lunch: Lentil soup, baby carrots, cheese and whole wheat crackers
    Dinner: Spaghetti, meatballs, and greenbeans

I am tossing around the idea of getting whole wheat spaghetti, but honestly I just don't like WW pasta nearly as much as white. I love WW bread, brown rice, et cetera, but I just have a real problem with WW pasta. So, since I never get to eat spaghetti since DH hates it, I am thinking I am just going to go with "the real thing" and enjoy it.

I am walking on my lunch and breaks today (again, about an hour total) and doing strength training for half an hour after work.

Can't wait to hear what everyone else is up to. Mary, you'd better get your butt on this thread, Skinny Girl. I can't wait to hear what all you are doing to lose all that weight!

I may sound crazy, but we switched to all things brown for six months... ww pasta, brown rice, ww bread... you name it. It didn't seem to change anything. Maybe my arteries were cleaner?

I'm not going to post what I eat until Monday... when I start my new eating plan... lol I'm going to enjoy this weekend!

As I sit here eating some M&M's... In my defense, I planned for them. Measured them out so I only had one serving...

I promise I'm not ignoring this thread.

I honestly have not had the chance to be healthy. Now that the D&C is over I'm ready to slowly ease into being healthy again.

I'm going to do a 3 day detox next week and I'll let everyone know how that goes.

    I'll be back soon!

Oh and Mary, you'd better make an appearance!

Alissa, I'm doing a 3 day level one detxox from Pressed Juicery. I've heard really great things about them from friends.

So even though I didn't get any exercise yesterday I did manage to keep my caloric intake under 1300! Baby steps, right?

    Mind if I join?

I went to Zumba Tone last night. I've done Zumba since March when I finally decided to get fit, but never Zumba Tone. I LOVED IT!!! I've been thinking that I needed some ST'ing with my arms, but I've been too lazy to add it in. I'm excited about keeping it up.

    That detox looks interresting Jina!

Yay Lisa! I love Zumba. How is Zumba Tone different from regular Zumba?

Jina - Do you get to eat anything while you do the detox, or is it all juice for 3 days? LOL, I am such a chubster, I don't think I could make it 3 days on nothing but juice. LOL

AFM - Ugh, I have not been doing so hot the past couple of days. I was feeling like crap yesterday, so I didn't do anything but sit on my behind all day. But today I am getting back on track with my eating and if I have time I am going to do ST after work.

    Food:
Breakfast - NA - I completely forgot to pack anything when I walked out the door this morning.
Lunch - I'm going to go to Mad Greens and get a yummy salad of some sort.
Dinner - Making enchilada chicken (basically chicken baked in enchilada sauce and topped with a little cheese), chimichurri couscous, and sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, and red peppers.
