    Good Luck, pico83!

I'm sorry that you're going through this Jessica. I hope that you O'd and that means that things are getting back to normal. I just started my first cycle and I'm hoping that things will be fairly normal, but only time will tell.

We stayed in, played games, and watched a concert over the internet. I hope that you all had a good night too!

Thanks! Hoping that tomorrow's temp will be enough for FF to determine crosshairs for me too. I can understand your apprehension.. it's hard to get excited over something that's never a sure thing. I hope that this cycle is a super sticky BFP for you!

Rachel - Staying in for NYE is always nice! DH and I still agree that our favorite NYE so far is one where we stayed in, watched D!ck Clark and drank champagne in our underwear. It was so relaxing!

Your temps are so weird this cycle, Jessica! I hope it's not an annov cycle. That would be so disappointing.

Yeah, I'm trying to just not think about the whole TTC thing. It'll happen eventually (I hope) and thankfully I have the other kids to keep me busy.

    Hi ladies,

Wow, this is a totally different group than since I was on this board last! It makes me sad though, knowing that means more ladies going through painful losses.

My name is Elizabeth. I've been on pg.org since I was pregnant with my daughter, now 2 1/2. DH and I started trying to conceive again when she was just 6 months old because it took a long time to get pregnant with her.

I had a M/C in 2011. Since then nothing. I've been off pg.org for a while because I had an invasive back surgery in October, which turned into another back surgery and long hospital stay when they cut open my dura (the cover of your spinal cord) accidentally during the first surgery.

So, I've been healing from that and am finally in a stage where I can start TTC again.

I've charted my BBT since 2011, but haven't over the past few months. I was planning on charting again once AF came, but she is about three weeks late, so I'm still waiting. (I'm about 99 percent sure I have PCOS)

Sorry for the saga, just wanted to fill you in on who I am.

I hope you don't mind me jumping in. I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Hi Elizabeth! Your sn looks familiar.

I worked NYE and NYD, so no shenanigans for me. Watched a little of the countdown, took a few sips of some rum punch-y drink, went to bed at 10.

Last cycle (1st one PP) was odd- FF says I O'd on CD31 and LP was only 6 days.
Now I'm at CD18 or so, no O yet. Wonder if this one will be any more normal?
I went back to some of my old charts, and it took me a long time to normalize after DD1! Just as they were starting to, the m/c's happened and threw it all off again. Not sure what to expect this time!

Welcome back to TTC Elizabeth! It seems as though this board has been pretty populated lately which is sad on one hand, but I'm grateful to have others to share experiences with.

Glad that you've healed from your surgery, looking forward to getting to know you a little better!

Jessica, I hope the EWCM and dip means you O'd today.

There are a lot of us here at the moment which is quite sad. Like Jessica I am glad for the support, though. Not that I have been here much. I'm really not in to the whole TTC thing this time around. I can't get excited and find the whole thing a little stressful, which I never have before. My last AF was absolutely horrible, with the return of endo pain and being longer and heavier than usual. Was really bad and I am dreading it coming again. I should O early next week.

Confession time: We're not quite TTC yet, and even though I don't have any signs of O yet, when we DTD last night, all I could think about was how and when I'd announce a pregnancy if it happened.

So I feel like a freaking time bomb right now. Like I should have a sticker that says "warning m/c may happen at any moment, stand clear"... I've never waited this long to m/c I mean the pg hasn't developed past 5 wks and I would be 9 wks if things were okay. And usually I have spotting and or cramping before I find out I had a m/c but nada yet. I think that is just odd. (TMI) I'm worried that all of the sudden I'll start gushing blood which would be hard to hide . The kids never knew and I don't want them to but they will have questions and be scared if they witness that. We didnt tell anyone else but my mom and MIL either so I don't want to have to explain it if it happens not at home either. I shared my feelings w/ my MW today and she said that I should have light spotting first leading to cramps then the bleeding will pick up in intensity. I just know with my 2nd loss I started spotting/cramping one day found out later that day baby wasn't viable and in the middle of the night things got very intense very suddenly the dr hadn't thought things would progress quite that quickly. I just want this over but at the same time I'm afraid of the actual m/c part. My MW doesn't think it will be as bad as my last natural m/c b/c that one progressed farther. I hope she's right.
