I just wanted to start posting here more often and thought I would give a shout out.
I received methotrexate shots yesterday for an ectopic pregnancy. I was supposed to be 7 wks yesterday, and due in December. My betas were not rising appropriately. I see my Dr again Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday. If the Drs do not see a drop in my levels by Tuesday, they will go in and surgically remove my tube.
I would love prayers that the numbers will decrease and surgery is not needed. I had my tubes tied in 2008, had the salvageable one repaired in June 11, and if they remove this, that will take away our option of having a baby unless we research (and somehow save $) for other options that don't require tubes.
So, while I can't really try again until 60 days after the shot, I am hoping I can stick around here?
