Hi Guys, So as most of you already know I just found out I'm pg again after a loss in November following a hemorrhagic cyst removal at approx 7 weeks that caused severe back pain that had me in the ER. I have been keeping up my normal activities and played tennis yesterday trying not to be 'overly scared' or 'overly worried.' Well, my back started hurting while playing. I've had pretty aggressive cramping since I found out I'm pg, but not in my back. No bleeding or spotting at all. My test lines are progressing well and my beta is tomorrow. I'm thinking I should reduce back to only low impact exercise after the issues I had last PG. It really saddens me as I love playing tennis and most of my friends have been able to play well into their 2nd trimester.
((hugs)) I stopped excersise myself just because I worry and I miss it but it helps me not to stress that I will do too much! I have had terrible back pain myself it only eased up several days ago and after a day of "spring cleaning" my back is hurting a bit. I am sure it will be such a relief to get your beta's back and an ultrasound showing a beautifully growing baby!! Hang in there!!!
Thanks guys. I started to feel a little better tonight. Back pain gone just more cramping, which is normal. I just have sent out notes that I'llbe out a while from my reg tennis group. This girl is going to find some low impact hobbies
