Thanks! Ava had a great birthday! Her princess party went off well. I got a lot of compliements on it, but was too busy to take a lot of pictures and forgot to take them of most things. Oh well. I have some pictures on FB, and Julie, I'll text some to you since I'm far too lazy to get them up here.

Yesterday for her actual Birthday all Ava wanted to do was stay home and play with all her new stuff. It worked out well. On the 6th, Ava fell on the hard arm of one of our chairs and bit clean through her bottom lip! We spend the evening in Urgent care. She did not get stitches, they said they don't stitch lips unless the cut falls along the lip line. But we had to keep he laying low for a few days. She was suppose to have a horseback riding lesson on her birthday and I had to cancel it. I'm glad she was too busy playing to be upset about that.

She has already informed me her next Birthday is going to be pony themed, so I better get to work. lol. Poor kid is gonna be disappointed when she find out I'm not going all out again next year.

So glad she had a great day... so sorry about the lip! That sounds so painful!! Will you be doing a horseback riding lesson in the near future for her? Has she been before? Sounds fun!! I did see your pics, too.... everything was sooo cute!!

That's great she kept busy and didn't seem to notice missing her lesson! Love that she's already got the next one planned out, LOL! Maybe she can start planning Drew's, too, so you don't have to!

She's healing well. I was worried about food getting trapped in the hole and having to scrub it out myself. But it's healing beautifully. Lips really do heal quickly.

I'm going easy on Andrew's party this year. We're gonna do a super hero party at a local jump place. They don't allow in any fod besides cake and ice cream, so I'll hold it between 2pm-4pm and pass out super hero caps and masks as favors. Easy peasy and fun! It was hard this year for Andrew to understand Ava's birthday meant she got the gifts and attention. Poor guy was sad and there were a lot of confused tears. I hope next year is easier on him.

I was so sad to hear poor Ava got hurt! Her party pictures were wonderful though. I am sorry I haven't said it but happy birthday to little Miss Ava! You really do throw great parties! I don't know how you get it all put together with two kids running around.
