Thread: Ashley and Julie can't log in...

Julie emailed me to let me know that she and Ashley can't log in at the moment. They let Missy know on Friday, but haven't heard back yet. She wanted everyone to know that they didn't fall of the face of the Earth.

There are a few people having issues right now I know - a couple of them are on DS's birth board. Hopefully it'll all get solved soon!

Seriously... as Joee said... we/Missy/support are aware, unfortunately a number of members are having the same issue It is being looked at... and hopefully tech support will have things fixed up soon! Thanks so much for your patience!

I'm sure everyone understands that glitches come up. You guys work hard to keep these boards running. We appreicate all you do.

If they aren't already back in can somebody let them know to...

a) make sure they are logged out on the main homepage;
b) clear their cache (cookies/temp files/history/etc)
c) restart their computer
d) log in again (via the homepage www.pregnancy.org)

... and let us know if that works for them now.
