Try replacing it with a sippy cup?? I don't know! I don't have to worry about weaning Jordan from a bottle since she was never a fan but I may have to wean her from the breast at some point. Good luck!

I started by offering a sippy with each meal. Then replaced one bottle a day with a sippy until they were gone.

Both my kids handeled it well , but Andrew has a hard time giving up his night time bottle. He actually still takes it a few times a week. I only serve water in a 40z bottle so it's not real appealing, more for comfort. But some nights *I* lack the energy to battle him on it. I need to be more firm with it going completely.

She has been getting a sippy at meal time. But it is all the other time in between...as she is walking into the kitchen saying baba and banging on the fridge! HAHA! Maybe if I hand her a cup and call it a baba. Yeah right! HAHAHA!

I also only give my kids milk at meal times. Mostly because Ava is a terrible eater and I don't want her to fill up on milk instead of food. And, Andrew is a tank and doesn't need the extra milk in him.

The rest of the time they each get a water sippy cup that I leave for them on the coffee table and fill thru the day. If they were asking for something to drink I'd hand them that cup.

Good luck, Kristi. M never took a bottle because of nursing. There were literally between 4-6 occasions when he had a bottle very young. So when he was old enough for water (6mths maybe?) I introduced him to his sippy cup. He really only ever had the boob or the cup so when it was time for whole milk he already just loved his cup. Wish I had some advice. KUP!

I'd try offering the sippy when she's asking for baba. Atleast get it done w/during the day and work on the before bed one later. That was our last one to get rid of, and it worked out okay since he liked his sippies anyways.
