Diaper bags. Talk to me.

I want a new one this time around. I had a Carter one that I picked out at BRU last time and I hated that thing. It was so bulky, too many pockets believe it or not. I thought it was cute when I picked it out but soon became to hate the look of it. I want something cuter this time around but still very functional. I would prefer something that works well for cloth diapers. I think Jason's head will explode if I want to spend more than $80 so I'm hoping to find a good price maybe on Amazon, Baby Half Off, or even ebay. Maybe some are on sale for Christmas?

So, spill it. What bag should I get?

Sorry...I am no help. My mother-in-law picked out my diaper bag and although it is cute I would have chosen something completely different.

I have a cheapo large tote/purse from Target that cost 8$ and I can toss in the wash.

It's funny, because when I had a second child, my diaper bag size shrank. Now I have a bag big enough for a snack 2 water bottles, 1 diaper stored in the wet bag (or several disposables) wipes and a toy or book. Plus my stuff. It works well!

When I think I may need extra diapers. I have a small diaper bag in the car with a few in there and extra wipes for just incase. I also kept a extra outfit in there too when Andrew was little.

If I was in the market for a diaper bag though, I'd try to make this, or check Etsy for something similar.

With Deacon I had a few cute diaper bags but nothing that was really easy to use. I ended up using the free similac bacg the hospital gave me and loved it! I can see myself going back to it again this time as well. LOL

This time I got a Skip Hop and hope I like it. I wanted one that had those fancy Wink little stroller hooks so that's why I picked that one.

We have a skip hop bag that I leave attached to our Maclaren. I LOVE it! It's so useful. I kinda forget it's a diaper bag. It fits so seemlessly on the stroller.

I also have a Skip Hop bag that I love. It was important to me to have a bag that DH would carry.

I use a purse. I have never found a diaper bag that I like in the least bit. They're all waaaaaay too big or in the case of the JuJu BeLite (???) the size of a matchbox car. I have spare room in my purse, so I'm pretty sure I could handle the supplies for a 2nd kid if I had to.

Oh and it cost me $7 from the Kohl's clearance rack. Lol

I always wanted a Skip Hop, but I need the one designed for double strollers and just could not bring myself to spend the money. I have several Eddie Bauer bags from Target. DH will carry those, so that is what we carry around. Right now, all we carry is the littlest one that we own. It holds a couple of diapers, two changes of clothes, socks, books, snacks, and small sippy cups. It won't hold bigger sippy cups, but usually I just make the girls carry their own. Biggrin
