Pretty good. I think I felt so good the first couple of days after the birth that I didn't take it easy enough and I've been kind of sore the past couple of days. Ouch. I guess grocery shopping the day after you have a baby isn't the best idea.

Tyson leaves for five days tomorrow night. Ack! My BFF is driving up from Houston for the long weekend to help, so that will be nice.

Daphne had her first day of Mother's Day Out this morning, and even though she did it last year and loved it, she was hysterical when I dropped her off. I felt horrible, but I know it's in her best interest...just a lot of changes for her right now.

Grocery shopping?! My goodness woman, you had just given birth! I am easier on myself when it's the first day of my period. But in all seriousness, I'm sorry to hear you are sore. I hope your friend will be able to pick up a little of the slack while Tyson is gone. You deserve some time off your feet.

Poor Daphne. I'm sure she will get than hang of things soon but I'm sure it's hard not to feel a little guilty. These first born children don't know what they are in for when they hear they are going to be a big sibling, do they?

I'm glad to see you are around the boards. I figured you would be MIA for a little while.

Ditto!! Slow down there, lady! You're gonna make the rest of us look bad. Really though, even though you feel good- you do need to slow down, I'm sure you know that. So, with your extra relaxing time, I think you should spend it get us some more Mac pictures.

Sorry Daphne is having a hard time adjusting to MDO. I'm sure she's having a great time after a few mintues.

Grocery shopping! The day after!?! WOW! (hope you feel better soon)

Sounds nice that your friend will be there. I bet Daphne had fun yesterday once she got into it. Must've been hard leaving her when she was hysterical though. Does she want to help with Mac and everything?

I agree - grocery shopping the day after?!

It sounds like everything's going well overall! I'm sure that was hard to leave Daphne when she was hysterical. I hope she had fun and does better w/drop off next week.

I am glad things are going well. I agree that you need to relax. Childbirth may be natural, but it is still traumatic for your body. I cannot believe you went grocery shopping the next day. WOW! Of course, I had c-sections. I wanted nothing to do with going anywhere for like two weeks after I had my kids.

Sorry Daphne had a rough time. New siblings are always so hard. I remember how excited Isaiah was, but how left out he felt after the girls arrived. Of course, twins make it especially hard to give the attention to the older sibling. I still feel guilty about that. She will adjust.

Daphne was fine after five minutes apparently. She said she had lots of fun. Hopefully she'll go back on Tuesday without a problem.

Amber...there's a new picture in my signature.

I have to say that Mac does not look like a newborn! Two of your pics show him to be nice and alert! I'm used to seeing a lot sleepy baby pics for the first couple of weeks. I love your new siggy pic! Daphne looks so happy.
