What is your favorite thing about each of your children?
~Ashley
That's not an easy question to answer. I love so many things about Jordan and I have a feeling that some of the things that drive me crazy now will be some of her best assets in the future! She is funny, spirited and determined.
ETA - What I love most about Nora (???) is that she is here! A wonderful and unexpected surprise. I look forward to finding out what she is like.
Let's see....
Isaiah- He is outgoing and highly social. He is charming. He is a sweet and sensitive child. He has a fabulous imagination. He just has this joy for life that is contagious. My goal is for him to retain all of this fabulous qualities as he gets older. They will be important for his success as an adult.
Keira - She is spirited and independent. As much as those things drive me nuts, they are things that are important.
Sarafina - She is a clown. She does things just to see if you will laugh. She also is a very gentle child and it is something I love most about her.
Aiden is very sweet. He loves to give hugs. He is very easy going most days, which definitely makes my life easier. I love how he loves to sit down and "read" for long periods of time.

Alicia is quiet but thoughtful. She is very affectionate and loving once she knows you.
DJ has that joy de vie that makes everyone want to be near him.

Squeel! Love it! Does Jason like Nora too? AND.... who is that kid in your siggy?! Man, she is getting big! Slow down, Jordan!
What I love most about Ava is how caring and sweet and kind she is. She loves to learn and try new things (unless that thing is food) She is brillant beyond her years and a complete joy to raise. Everyone should be so lucky!
What I love about Andrew is how close we have gotten without even realizing it. We had such a rough start with our bonding, but he is becoming this incredible kid! He is moody and sullen and can be a challange, but I LOVE that I know exactly what to do now to pull him out of his moods an get him to the point where he is enjoying things. I love that he will cuddle all day and is learning to be so poliet. He says, hi, bye, thank you and "scuse" (excuse me) to everyone we walk by. He is turning into such a Momma's boy, which pleases me to no end! I'm really enjoying the person he is becoming.![]()
I forget how close in age she is to Andrew. Seeing you post about him using the potty is kind of freaking me out.
I asked Jason about the name last night and he is SO noncommittal! I can tell he likes it but he is Mr. Explore Every Option Before Making a Decision. To the max. Have I mentioned that the man talked about washers and dryers for at least six months before he decided which ones to get? He's not in a rush to settle on a name but I'll just keep throwing some odd ball names out there and he will realize we've got a keeper.![]()
They are closer than I always thing too. Really, if I adjust Andrew's age (and not Jordan's) they're only 2 months apart. I always think of Jordan as a baby.
This is a tough question, Ashley.
I love how sweet Michael is. And how fun he can be. He is a cautious boy (like when someone first comes to the door, etc) but when he sees who it is he becomes a host. My aunt came the other day and when she walked in he sat on this big oversized chair we have and said "come, sit, read with me" Awh!
Matthew is a sweetheart and is doing some funny things. If you look down or away he tilts his head so he can make eye contact with you still and then he laughs. He loves to cuddle and now with walking more and more he has started to explore more than ever.
Julie
Wow, I didn't even think of adjusting his age! Jordan's never really needed to be adjusted except for maybe very early on. I think she was slightly behind when it came to her first smile but she caught up pretty quick after that. If she had been born one day earlier she would have been premature (she was late preterm) or if she had been born one week later she would have been considered term.
ETA: Not that you don't know that... Hello.
