What is the next home improvement project you would like to take on?

We can't really do any home improvements, but our next project is to move DS to the guest room and a real bed. That won't be till late fall or even this winter though. I might move over his toys and stuff before then to get him used to his new room. There is LOTS of rearranging to be done for this. We threw a lot of junk into the the guest closet that needs to be cleared out - summer project?

The next couple are:

Finish Ava's "big girl" room. I'm almost done with this. I just have to make some curtains and hang up some stuff on her walls.
Paint our exterior trim and front door. I'm going to start on this today. DH is around and it's my B-day so he can't complain about getting it done.
Extending our patio in the backyard. We just contracted this out and hopefully it gets done in the next 2 weeks.

I really don't want to work on any home improvement projects. If we move then the living room will need to be painted before listing the house. Otherwise nothing major I can think of.

I think I want to redecorate our bedroom. Now that I got each of the kids' rooms done (for now, of course! ) I'm feeling like ours needs a makeover.

Just this morning, DH installed a patio cover!! I've been wanting one for the 7 years we lived here! lol. Having kids play in our hot backyard finally pushed us to get one.

Next on the to do list.... reorganize our guest room/office and I'm currently researching iron doors for our "wine room" (lol... sounds so fancy!... it's another one of DH's projects )

That does sound fancy, Cali! If I ever visit you, can I stay in that room?

Anytime! LOL!!! It's a fun space we have.... Dh converted the closet under the staircase into this space. I like the room, but I want to get an iron door with a lock on it to prevent the little ones from going in there!
