Photography or sewing. I enjoy doing both, but would love to improve my skills in both of these areas.

I would go take more sign language classes. I loved my college days of learning ASL and I would love a more advanced refresher class.

I love Jane Austen but I'm not sure about that! The "graduate level" part is what scares me.
