I posted this on FB but I thought I would share it here as well for those of you who do not have FB or missed it. It's simple but I thought it was really good and pretty simple. It's a nice alternative to Shake'n'Bake (which I admit, I really like).
Next time I make it I am going to double the recipe for the coating so I will have some ready to go the next time I make it.
*I used the plain, whole almonds we keep around for snacking. I chopped them up with a knife before putting them into the food processor. I also skipped the step of spaying them with cooking spray.
