G is actually in town for the first time in MONTHS, so I feel like I should makes something yummy. I'm hoping your meals will inspire me.

Turkey meatloaf in a muffin pan tonight. Tomorrow is a curry dish with chicken and veggies. We are also having spaghetti with meat sauce this week. Glad your DH is home! Has he at least been home on weekends?

ETA: I called my sister yesterday for ideas. I get so stuck when meal planning. Just to add more ideas, last week we had baked salmon, homemade BBQ pizza (found a good recipe for dough on a pizza yeast package) and quesadillas.

Hooray for G being in town!! I hope you guys enjoy yourselves!

I'm not sure what is for dinner tonight..... maybe italian? I'm not much of a cook, but i'm considering a lasagna with garlic bread or italian sausage with ravioli? Nothing too fancy

If you use your crock pot, last week I tried an italian chicken recipe from pinterest and 3 out of 4 of us ate it...lol... I call that a successful meal

Let us know what you decide! I'd love to hear some new meal ideas as well (in particular, if they are easy to prepare!)

Isaiah has gymnastics tonight. So, it is easy and fast meal night. I might feed the kids leftover pasta from dinner yesterday...with some bread and butter, and veggies.

I have no idea what to have for dinner! I am totally stumped for some reason...nothing sounds good. We had chicken burritos last night.

I am not an inspiration tonight because we're in a hotel currently, so a local steak restaurant will be our dinner. But hey, on the bright side we start our drive to NC tomorrow!

My cooking blog - maybe it'll lend some inspiration? I post all my menus and either blog the recipe or link to it (unless it needs improvement lol).

I decided to go with this grilled chicken from Pinterest, I'll probably make roasted broccoli with it.

I don't feel like cooking and either does DH...so we are going to have tuna sandwiches and soup!

Glad G is home for dinner! I hope that means you won't be doing the dishes.

We had left over rotisserie chicken and steamed green beans. Homemade strawberry ice cream (made with coconut milk) for dessert.
