So, I got our edited pictures back today. We paid for 10 edited picture, plus the rights to all the untouched photos. I got to pick out 5, and the photographer picked out 5. He was nice enough to give us 12 edited pictures BUT, he left out my favorite one that I clearly listed as a must have.
I emailed him about it and I know he will get it to us, but would you offer to pay for the editing or would you expect him to do it for free since I clearly stated it was a must have photo?
My first thought was since I so clearly stated that it was a photo I wanted, he should do it as part of our original payment. BUT he also gave us free editing on a few pictures and all the rights to our pictures 365 photos, something no other photographer does around here does.
the cost is 15 dollars. I'm happy to pay it, but I'm not sure if I should offer to. And pending Kristen moving out here, we will use his services again so I don't want to be a PIA and expect him do his job for free.
I'm guessing he just missed it in my list of edits- we did our correspondence over email.
He already edited and got it back to me- with no money request. The dude ain't hurtin for cash he drives a 90K car for goodness sake! But I didn't want to be rude if it was expection for me to pay for it. Thanks for the advice.
I'd show you guys the pictures, but think this one is going on our Christmas cards- so I'll let you see it then.
