For your sinus' have you tried a Neti Pot ? It's a little blue pot (looks like a tea pot but plastic) which you mix warm water and a packet of saylene crystals (they come with the pot in the box when you buy it) and you pour the liquid mixture up one nostril to flush everything out. I do it while I'm in the shower as I find that's the easiest. I had sinus infections for years and since i've started using this, I've not had one in the last two yrs (knock on wood). Maybe you'll have the same luck I've had with one

Welcome 007 fan!
My name's Diane. I'm actually feeling very optimistic right now. I hope it's a sign that a pregnancy is right around the corner.
Hi Aggiegirl, long time no seeCongrats on the Aggie women finally finding a way to beat the Lady Bears on the way to the National title. I must admit I was a little miffed, but at least the title is in the Big 12

Very nice to meet you too.
Look forward to hearing of your bfp and following your journey. xx
Tacie- I just saw your last update in your space. I'm excited that your adoption stuff is really getting going. Please KUP on your status (I'm sure you will.) And DH is going to be living on campus for 4 months?!? 4 hours away!!! I'm curious, what does he teach? GL during this time while he is away.
Hey Amanda,
DH is going to school -- he is going to be taking a pre-electrical program and will be at campus for it for 4 months. From there, they do a practicum for a month and then writes an exam and once all done (and passed) he starts his apprenticeship for year 2 of being an electrician.
I will certainly keep an update for how the adoption is goingI am quite excited for it
I read your post about your follies -- I'm super excited for you!! I hope those follies grow, grOW, GROW! When I was doing injections, DH could not be in the room either - my GF's DH had the same prob when she was doing injections for IVF, so I was the one to give her the shots as she could not get up the nerve to do it - LOL! I gave myself my own trigger shot - it's not hard to do, but you will want to ice before you inject to numb it a bit.
