Apparently I am cold and damp. LOL! I have too much water and cold in my body to sustain life. I need to add some fire!!

So, no more cold water or cold drinks or cold food. Only room temp or hot food, nothing else. Also, I need to stop eating food that promote cold, even when they are hot. She mentioned dairy is one which sucks because I LOVE dairy. Also, no more fruit smoothies in the morning!

I need to find a hot food for breakfast that is high in protein. Hmmm....

I'm not a fan of eggs. I can have one once in a while, but that's it. If I'm not in the mood for an egg, I will gag trying to eat it. I think they also make me sleepy.

Might have to invent some hot porridge with quinoa as it's on the hot food list and is high in protein.

Rachael, check out "all recipes", I've gotten great quinoa recipes from there! I love acupuncture, I am so relaxed after I leave.

I did acupuncture for recurring migraines, it did help but I need to go back for more.

My acupuncturist said the same thing. Funny, b/c now I only want warm foods! Are you seeing an acupuncturist that is a specialist in IVF and IF treatments? Looking for one, I discovered that not all acupuncturists know the same things and they are not all equal. Good luck. I totally credit the help of acupuncture in me producing 21 follicles and 17 eggs in my IVF cycle. It started at 5 good follicles and 4 bad... by the last u/s before the ER, wham-17 eggs ready to go.
