    Default Christmas plans

So... What's everyone up to for Christmas?
We are up the road with the in laws!
Going to have some over from Italy.. Going to be crowded and exhausting.
Ed will probably be overwhelmed and spoilt.
And quite frankly... I cannot wait!!

It is just the 3 of us. Robbie will be spoiled as always (he is getting a Nintendo 2DS), Sean may have to work in the evening. I am cooking a stuffed turkey breast. We are being given a whole turkey but I am just not up to all the work right now. We have a few things planned for the boy during his 2 weeks off school - going to the movies, going swimming, the Harry Potter exhibit at the science center. On his first day off school two of his friends are coming here to paint ornaments and eat cookies. It should be a fun time for them.

    We will have two Christmas's.

My in laws will be coming to my place on the 22nd and staying until the 26th (shudder and eye roll) I'm not a fan of my in laws but they have not seen Jack in 1.5 years and DH thought it would be a good idea for them to watch Jack on the 23/24 as my sitter is off and we are both working. (eye roll) Anyways so we will have Christmas at home then on the 28th we will be going to my parents and having Christmas eve and Christmas day again. We will be spending New Years at my parents having a low key celebration and then we will be coming home new years day.

DH is off from from the 28th going back to work on the 2nd and I am off from the 24th at 3:00 until January 6 Two of those days are holidays and the rest is off paid due to staff meetings and other events we attend through the year.

AND some where in there we are going to try and make baby, the timing right now is between my In laws leaving and going to my parents!!

We were planning to go to see my mom in Vermont. I'm honestly still not positive we can, my dr was concerned and wants to do a growth scan before she says ok to travel. So that's on the 23rd. Crazy late notice, but I made plans and my mom knows we could cancel last minute.
After the fuss my sister always throws and everyone's changing work schedules, I'm more than ready to call it quits because they are making me stressed far before we even see each other!! Tempted to mail gifts and a card and just have a little christmas at home with the kids, and then sleep alot. I'll be 31 weeks then, and I'm already exhausted just listening to my sister!

Stay home, you and the baby do not need the stress. Blame it on the doctor. Growing a little human is exhausting and you should be resting as much as you can.

This year we are taking DS to the beach. Just the three of us. And truthfully I can not wait.
The resort we are staying at have been super helpful and made a You tube video for our son of our room (he is Autistic) so that it can ease his anxiety. In that I noticed our rooms are airconditioned, which is a real luxury for us.
