Thread: ET was today! XP

Just got back from the RE clinic and had 3 embies transferred with assisted hatching. Now I just wait! I go back next friday for US and BW. I'm nervous...actually very very nervous. My chances of twins has increased since she decided to do 3. She did the AH only because I was on such high dosage of meds she was scared they would not be able to implant since the outer shell of the egg was hard.Well it's out of our hands now. I'm relaxing today and the next couple of days and hoping the time goes by very very fast.

So when did you grils begin testing?
Also, when does implantation occur with a 3dt??

I also had a 3dt. I was crazy with hpt's. I started testing at 4dp3dt (4 days past 3 day transfer, fyi if you don't know this lingo yet). It was a faint positive from 4 - 6 days, then negative on 7dp3dt. I think the trigger was finally out. 8 days had a faint positive that got darker each morning. By 10dp3dt, I had a positive with a cheaper that measures hcg at 50 minimum. Blood work on the same day said I was pg.

I didn't have my previous pg experiences of pulling and twinges though, so I was sure IVF was a bust. It was so stressful!

As far as implantation, I was told it could occur on 5dpt to 10dpt, so it is a big window. My clinic wasn't going to test my blood until 14dpt but I insisted b/c of the positive hpt on 10dpt.

3 embies gives you a great chance. stay positive even thought i know it's rough.

Did you have an HCG trigger (i.e. Ovidrel)? If so, I would test it out if it were me so I would know when the HCG from the shot is gone and know that any HCG after that was BFP!

I did! But as of right now I have decided that I don't want to test. I don't even have tests. I think it might be best for me not to stress especially with my BP issues. If I do test it won't be till late next week, day b 4 bloodwork and US.

How are you feeling? Sore? Any symptoms of OHSS? All is well so far?

Funny you ask because I don't feel anything actually. I think panic might start setting in very soon!
