First AF after fertility cleanse (m/c ment)

Well, I guess that fertility cleanse I did helped my body somewhat. After my miscarriage in march I had one of my stupid cycles where i started spotting for like 2 weeks so I had to take provera to get my actual period. It was a nasty period, lots of clots..yuck... I started the cleanse on day 5 of this cycle and I started my period w/o provera on day 37! I know that's still a long cycle but it's better than my usual 50+ day cycles. I didn't really feel any other difference with the cleanse but at least it got my af here in a normal sort of way. I'm really looking forward to this cycle! I hope this is it. I ordered some more pre-seed, I used it in february when I got my first bfp so I hope it helps this time.

I'm so pleased the cleansing has helped somewhat.
Must have feelt great to have a cycle so much shorter than you are used to.
I love preseed...we use it as normal lube too...saying that we have never inserted it...just rubbed a bit a round you know...LOL
Makes it last longer as its so expensive!!
I am keeping everything crossed for you.
Looking forward to hearing good news!!!!!

I second that, Pre-Seed is awesome. I've been doing some cleansing but just Wheatgrass and a some foot soak (Ionic). I definitely believe cleansing helps.

I'm glad the cleanse helped!! And I hope it helps you conceive this cycle!

I'm allergic to pre-seed. Sad I think I'm allergic to the preservatives they use - parabens (it's the only thing in there according to their website that someone can be allergic to).

On a side note, I picked up some paraben/glycerin free lube while in the US. Don't know if it's sperm friendly though.

Its a lube that mimic fertile CM and isn't damaging to sperm.
So if you have lack of fertile cm it helps a lot.
We can't get it in stores over here we have to get it online.

The great part is is that its not "thick and goopy" like KY and other lubricants. It only feels like natural CM and you can insert as much or as little as you need. I would HIGHLY recommend it. Honestly, BDing with DH has never been completely comfortable until I found pre-seed. Now I can't get enough!! Wink

Whenever I've done detoxing/cleanses, it helps my cycle be less cramp-y... I hear ya on the clots thing tho..icky huh? Fool But @ least now hopefully your uterus is all clean & ready for a sweet little house guest...;)
