    Default Good News (sigh)

DH went for yet another SA (in preparation for our first RE appt tomorrow), and we got the results back today... his numbers have gone up from 4-8 million to 30 million (it's been 4 years since his last SA )!! His motality & vitality numbers are still very low, but the fact that his overall #'s have increased is so encouraging and hopeful!!

    Just wanted to share!

Honestly, nothing special... When we first found out his numbers were low, we both weaned off caffeine (with the exception of some coffee every now and then), he switched over from boxer-briefs to boxers, and the last (and maybe biggest) thing he's changed is he quit riding his bicycle. He use to ride it to and from work almost every day. And he would ride in marathons.

His motilty is only at 6% (it must be 4% to be considered fertile and 15% is normal), so we still have that to deal with, but definitely a postive step in the right direction!!
