    I am going to try this out. Being diabetic I already know that carbs are not good and following the diabetic diet is not helping me lose any weight.

    Best of luck with that! It's been known to help lots of women with PCOS and annovulation.

    Ive been doing low carb, high protein and I won't say high fat, but full fat (I don't buy low fat anything, not cheese or milk or anything) for three years and I lost 30 lbs. it didn't help me get pregnant but I don't think my issues are related to that.

    I started this diet 3 months before I got preg with Paisley, I totally believe it helped!
