Just got back from the clinic. The medical director of the clinic was the consulting RE today and she had to get our verbal consent that neither of us have had any other partners and not used any IV drugs in the last year that would have put us at risk of any infectious diseases (HIB, HEPb etc). After we did that she classified us as very low risk and is allowing us to continue on with the IUI. She admitted it was an oversight on their side and she apologized. She also mentioned it is a Health Canada regulation, and Health Canada can come in at any time and inspect their lab and pull random files and they could get in trouble if the bloods are not up to date.
All in all, I feel MUCH better today. DH is happy too.
Also - two follies - 17mm each!! I'm SOOO happy!! They should be 18/19 tomorrow and based on my body's history I will probably surge tomorrow or the next day so IUI will be Tuesday or Wednesday. If I surge on my own, no need for a trigger. And my estrogen isn't insane high like it was the two times I was on Clomid!!
It's 9AM on a Sunday.... It's crappy rainy outside. I think I'm going to spend the day cleaning and baking and prepping for the week for work.

That's great, Rachel! The whole blood work thing is totally their fault and I'm glad they're taking responsibility for it. At my clinic, they had that info posted everywhere--change rooms, waiting room, examining rooms--so there was no way we were uninformed or could forget. The nurses reminded us when we approached the 1 yr mark, as well. So to not fill you in on this? Ridiculous.
Yay for follie size!!! Those are awesome numbers. Everything is coming up Rachel!!!
Yay!!! GL this week!
