So... Th first phonecall has been made...
... In regards to adoption!
I think maybe it's time to face the possibility that I will not carry a baby.
so I made that call to get an info pack and find out all the answers to all our questions.
I know that we have been told that it is possibly for us to have a baby... But I am doubting it.
It's ironic really as I always said I would prefer to adopt when I was younger due to so many unwanted children out there needing love and a family.
So whether we go forward or not I don't know.. M is a bit wary...
But the first step has been taken... It's very exciting.

Yay!! How awesome!! I am so excited for you! I am kind of with you I had always felt that I would some day adopt as well as have my own kids and low and behold I have come to that crossroad in my life. I can't wait to hear what this journey brings for you guys!!

Carissa we can discuss it over drinks in under 2 months..
The guy I spoke to on the phone was so nice.. I couldn't help but ramble on and he was really good at listening... Was impressed.

How exciting! I am an adoptee. I was a foster kid and my adoption finalized when I was 5.5 year old (the week before Sean was born
). I was re-united with my birth-family when I was 26. I can answer general adoption questions for you, but I know nothing of UK adoptions.
