Update on the update - health and fertility

**Feb 14 - V day update: My fertility doctor called me with the MRI results on the left ovary - endo cyst. Should have no effect on IVF treatment, not likely to need surgery for IVF purposes. Phoned in to put my name on the IVF waitlist. Whee!!

These last 2-3 wks or so have been interesting: Bloodwork off for my kidney transplant, got kidney ultrasound done. MRI for the "mass" next to my left ovary. Broke my wrist this Monday. Sick with a sinus infection. Luckily my bloodwork has gone down to normal, but they want to do a renal scan at the end of this month, which is fine. Gonna see my OB Feb 22 to follow up on MRI, to see what it is and do I need surgery. Gonna see urgent care Feb 19 to follow up on my wrist. I hope things all get sorted out quick, wanna get IVF going!

What a week! You poor thing! I'm so sorry to hear about your wrist and the sinus infection. Hope you are feeling better soon! *Hugs* Hoping everything else goes smooth and you'll be on the IVF train before you know it!

So glad the bloods are normal and glad you are under the best care.

As to the mass... Have the speculated in what it may be?
Is it a new development?

I've never heard of it when I was pg with Evie, so I don't know if it was always there. The fertility dr said it was unlikely to be cancer "b/c it didn't look like it" (???). But he was concerned that this mass (which he believes to be a cyst) would be dangerous if I became pg due to risk of rupture - hence MRI and follow up with OB-GYN. He says likely treatments would be surgery or just monitoring it, but that it was the OB-GYN's call as it was her area of expertise (as opposed to the fertility dr).

And everyone - thank you! It's been so busy and stressful...won't be over until Evie's bday party Sun am! Still trying to get the house cleaned up and ready for Sunday!
