Didn't want to start a discussion on the intro thread, so I just copied over here!
Hi - I'm 35 & have been trying for 2 yrs natural and now 6 mos. with Hormone assistance (only 2 cycles out of 6 due to residual follicles). We will be trying our first IUI this cycle as our doctor says with age he doesn't think we should wait to move forward.
Any advice on steps to increase success chances? Last hormone cycle the nurse actually told me "I can't believe you didn't conceive as your numbers were great." For some reason it didn't make me feel any better.
Looking foward to some advice from veterans.
I don't have any special advice...I just wanted to say "Hi" and welcome! I am in the midst of my first IUI cycle right now, so maybe I'll have more advice after I get through the first one. It hasn't been too bad so far, but for various reasons, I think I'll probably be doing another one after this! :goodluck:
