Thread: NEW HERE? Read this!!

Hello all. I am new here, and new to messaging, so please bear with me. I'll try for a quick history and then hope you'll tell me what you think...

I'm 37, have been TTC for 6 years. 3 failed IVF cycles - diagnosed mid-2002 as peri-meno, unable to conceive. Still TTC naturally - DH really wants kids but not adopting. Have had regular cycles since I was 12. In 2003 had a 66 day cycle - 10 hpt's proved not pregnant. Fairly regular cycles since then, some 16 days, some 28, am now on CD=58, tiny bit nausea now and then,very moody, extremely painful breasts, some tiny cramps, hpt last week was negative.

Am I setting myself up for another disappointment like the last 66 day cycle that ended in AF visiting?

HI all! I'm a newcomer. I turned 35 last April. My husband and I are planning to start TTC in July. I went off of Birth control the 1st of May... This will be our first. I'm so nervous and excited. I never thought I'd ever get married let alone start a family at this age.

Thanks y'all. I'm so glad to have found this board. Mike and I have been married for 2 years... I was really concerned about trying to start family at this late date. I have to say reading your postings and seeing your stories has made feel SO MUCH BETTER. I really do think we're younger at 35 and 40 than women were 20 years ago. I'll probably be more of a lurker... but I'll will contribute when I can.

Any one have any information about High Blood Pressure and Pregnancy?

I am also new to this site. My name is Laurie, I am 36 and trying to concieve. I am married to my best friend, Russ. We have 4 beautiful children 18, 16, 8 and 5. Yes they are a blessing to me. I have had 3 miscarriages in the last 4 years...the last one in Dec. You all know what the desparation of wanting a baby after losing one (or 3). I am on CD27 and praying AF doesn't show up!! I don't really know the acronyms yet, but I am learning. Thank you for letting me join your group, I am looking forward to getting to know you all! Good luck to all!!

Hi everybody!

My name is Tracy and I just turned 35 last Friday. I have been married to my DH Jason for 3 years and have been ttc for 2 of them. I have had one D&C and two chemical pregnancies. Right now I am a walking science experiment with different treatments like metformin and progesterone supplements because the RE can't seem to find anything concrete as to what the deal is.

This site comes highly recommended so I thought I would join in the fun. Looking forward to "meeting" you all!
