    Default alcohol and O

This is probably a stupid question but I am going out with my friends tonight and I'm wondering if getting drunk will effect my O. My OPKs are finally getting darker but are not there yet. I just don't want to screw things up!

Hmmm, not sure. I'll see if I can find any info on it.

Okay so all I was able to find is information that says excessive drinking can affect ovulation. They defined moderate drinking as 60-90 grams (3 ounces; 4-6 drinks) of alcohol and heavy drinking as 120 grams or more (4 ounces or more; 8 or more drinks) of alcohol. I think you should be fine though. How close are your opks to being positive? Do you have any pics? Enjoy yourself!!

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I've wondered about that before too but then I remember how many babies have been conceived as a result of too much drinking.
