Thread: Bleeding after DTD??

I'm on CD20 right now. I usually have 35 day cycles IF I ovulate. I took Femara this month to O. Well the past 2 times we DTD I've bled. It always stops after I clean myself up. But what's up with that??? Anyone else bleed mid cycle after DTD?

I think someone else asked a similar question not that long ago. I have had a little spotting after DTD on occasion in particular if we've 'tried hard' but it was only a little spotting.

I've heard that a lot of women will bleed a little after DTD but if you don't normally I think it could be a sign that you're pregnant this month. Bleeding like that during pregnancy after DTD is very common. I know a lot of women who say it's one of their first signs and that they only bleed like that when they're pregnant so I hope it's a good sign for you! Do you know when you O'd?

I had that issue (along with wicked cramping) one cycle several years ago. It stands out in my mind because I asked my RE about it. I was told that the cervix is very vascular mid-cycle and that bleeding/cramping after DTD can be normal. Not sure if that was one of the cycles I was on Femara or not.
