    Default Bouncing

    I have enrolled in a boot camp class, have been doing for for a while, and I run (5k). It's occurred to me in the last few weeks that both of these activities involve a lot of jumping, bouncing and all around jiggling (more than just the flab ).

    Has anyone read any research on whether or not these activities could negatively impact implantation? I wasn't doing these activities when i conceived my other 2, so it wasn't a consideration, but now I'm concerned I could bounce away implantation.

    Thoughts?

    I haven't specifically researched the bouncing and implantation thing, but I wouldn't think it would matter. I do know that if you are active before getting pregnant you can/should stay active during pregnancy and do as much as you are comfortable doing. I've honestly never considered rigorous physical activity and implantation though. Excellent question.

    I'm a runner. Ran with both my pregnancy before, during and after.
    Nothing happened. And doc wasn't concerned. I'm sure everything will be ok

    I was doing Body step and going to the gym when I fell pregnant with DS
