charting question
So I woke up, eyes wide open 1.5 hours before my alarm went off. I took my temperature just in case I didn't fall back asleep right away. Well I stayed up until 6:30 when my alarm was supposed to go off and woke up at 9am and took my temp again. I know both temps are inaccurate, but they were different by .05 degrees. Which would you chart? I recoorded the lowest one. I know I'm just charting for fun at this point since I already ovulated, but I was just curious.

It has been a couple years since I charted but I'd probably use the first one and mark that it was 1.5 hours early.

Yep, go with the first one. It'll be more accurate. That's when your body got the biggest chunk of sleep :). Oh and shameless plug... Join us on the charters' board! There's only a few of us, but we check in regularly.

Yeah I realized the moment I posted this question here, that I could have posted on your board. I will stop by and say hi. I will warn you that I suck at charting. My schedule is kind of nuts lately.

Ditto to above. Go with earliest temp, because it was biggest amount of quality sleep.
