TTC how long?: JLIH since DD was born, but now getting more active about it.

Favorite thing about ttc: The excitement of possibly getting that BFP

Least favorite thing about ttc: It can be a very stressful roller-coaster ride

Who knows you are ttc?: The family knows we are not preventing, but we won't tell them we are actually trying.

What do you do for a living?: Nothing. I have a Master's degree and am certified to teach elementary school and also high school speech.

Any big events coming up in your life (other than TTC): DH is planning on a career change that will keep him away from home for a week or more at a time, but the money would be so good I could stop the job search and be a SAHM.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?: On a white sandy beach somewhere on an isolated island.

Best advice you ever received: To treat people the way you want to be treated.

Favorite drink: coffee, really. It's the only beverage I HAVE to have.

Favorite food: I like spicy food. I also like Mexican and Italian.

How do you like your In-Laws?: Great. I have an SIL that is crazy and really gets on my nerves, but she means well.

Anything else you want to share?: I hope this board gets more active!

Favorite thing about ttc: Ugh. I don't have fond memories of TTC.

Least favorite thing about ttc: See above.

Who knows you are ttc?: DS's BB and one friend IRL know we're NTNP.

What do you do for a living?: SAHM.

Any big events coming up in your life (other than TTC): My husband is in pilot training (Air Force). His drop night is in 2 months and 2 weeks after that he'll graduate and get his wings! I'm super excited for him and can't wait to find out where we're moving to next!!!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?: Germany! My BIL lives there and every military family I've talked to has loved being stationed there.

Best advice you ever received: There's more than one way to skin a cat. (Good reminder that there's always more than one way to tackle a problem!)

Favorite drink: SoCo and Dr Pepper

Favorite food: Pasta in a white wine cream sauce.

How do you like your In-Laws?: Now that I've given them a grandchild, they really seem to like me. Last month DS and I spent a week with them and I really did enjoy it!

Anything else you want to share?: This board is way too silent which makes me sad because I remember how helpful the TTC boards were when TTC #1. I'm butting in here on occasion b/c it needs to stay active and helpful. As soon as we know when and where we're moving next (and what plane DH will be flying!), we'll probably switch over to TTC with full out charting. Hopefully by then DS won't be BFing every 2 hours which I'm sure would really mess with my chart right now (that and he's decided he's a newborn and is waking every 2 hours at night again ).

TTC how long?: Mmm, it depends on what you count as 'TTC'. We've never used BC, so you could say we've been 'TTC' since a couple of months after DD was born in June '09. Or you could say we've been TTC since AF came back in April '10. Either way, it's been a while.

Favorite thing about ttc:

Least favorite thing about ttc: It gets demoralizing after a while.

Who knows you are ttc?: Anyone who has ever asked me when we're going to have another baby. We don't advertise it, but if someone asks (and they do), we'll be honest and say we'll have a baby when I get pregnant.

What do you do for a living?: I stay at home with my daughter.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?: Closer to all my family. I do live very close to my sister, but everyone else is an hour or more away.

Favorite drink: Hmm... apple cider in the winter. Iced green tea in the summer (sweetened or not).

Favorite food: It changes almost daily. But right now I'm pretty fond of chocolate and cream of mushroom soup.

How do you like your In-Laws?: They've been nothing but wonderful to me. I like them a lot.

What do you do for a living?: Work part time for a gym doing childcare

Any big events coming up in your life (other than TTC): Not at the present time

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?: Pennsylvania with my family up there

Best advice you ever received: You are your own person, and you can make your own decisions. ( My dad)

Favorite drink: Mtn dew, I'm going to have such a problem going off those when I do get pg.

Favorite food: Lots

How do you like your In-Laws?: 98% of the time

Anything else you want to share?: My oldest DD is announcing to strangers her mom is pg already, even though I'm not yet.
