Default Details about my OB appt

I had my appt with my OB today to talk about Endo. We are starting with an ultrasound. I have an appt on the 13th and then a follow-up a couple days later with OB. She said she wants to do a HSG after that. She also mentioned that she would give me 2 options. 3 mos of Lupron and then possible Lap. Or just go straight to Lap. I have to say I am a little reluctant to use Lupron. I also don't want to stop TTC for 3 mos. I know the side effects are crazy and the idea of stopping ovulation is a little scary for me. She also mentioned that there is a chance that I am only ovulating on my right side due to my persistent right sided pain into my leg. She also said it could be a cyst or adhesion on my right there. As I mentioned above, she said some women do acupuncture. Anyone have success with that? I told her that I want to be super aggressive. She said that sounded good and that she will move me along as quick as we can. She told me stories of successful pregnancies right after a lap and that she thinks that that could be me. Here's hoping. I was excited that she is motivated and aggressive. I'm also emotional today (AF is still her) and having a pity party. I know that my 1.5 years of TTC naturally is nothing in comparsion to what you ladies have all been through.. but I am still feeling annoyed and sad. Anyone down a similar path?

I haven't been in your shoes exactly (different IF issue), but my sister had endo that was removed in a lap procedure about 12 years ago. She had been TTC for a little over a year before lap. Post-lap she took clomid and got pregnant within a couple of cycles. She took clomid again to get pregnant with her second child and then when on to have 3 more children (her last was born just after she turned 42). If you want to be aggressive, I would go straight to lap. If you don't mind waiting, I would use acupuncture.
