Getting nervous now...

Okay, so I need advice. I don't want to know if I am pregnant or not, or if I should POAS, but just thoughts, especially from charters.

I woke up same time as usual, temped, and put it in my chart. The temps are so similar that I checked again and it was the same. So then I rinsed it and got my BF to try so it's not the BBT that's broken, it's just same temps again...

I'm wondering though, no dip in the chart yet, so no sign other than symptoms that AF is on the way. Last chart gave me a LP of 11 days, so wondering if I should look for the same 11 days this month ooooor could it be longer or does my O date look odd?

Thanks in advance. I just don't want to think that high temps = pregnancy and buy a test now, at 10DPO, I think it's too early to test and I HAVE to wait as long as I can this time LOL.

hiya...

Generally speaking, your LP should stay about the same length every cycle, give or take a day. So, if last cycle was 11 days, this one 'could' be 12 and that would be normal.

Your O date looks pretty accurate, although CD20 could be another possibility.

I know I always had my temp dive a day or 2 before AF, but not everyone does - for some people it doesn't drop until AF is well and truly under way...

so... it could be a variety of things, maybe your LP will be a day longer, maybe you'd O'd a day later or maybe it's something else entirely!! ;);)

That helps somewhat yes, it's only my second chart so end cycle, I tend to freak out and worry if I messed it up or not! I will keep CD20 in mind for possible O just in case, and maybe a day or two more on LP too.

I just feel I need every argument imaginable to NOT get my hopes up.

I know the feeling! But what Karen said is right. It's really hard to pin an exact date on things, when your body chemistry is affected by everything - what you're eating, how much sleep you're getting, your mood and stress level, etc.

I would say, when in doubt POAS!! But I am a total POAS pusher, so I'm not going to be helpful to you in this aspect. I think your chart looks good. I hope it's your month.
