Hey gals. So we're on our 2nd cycle of TTC #3. (the first for my new husband and i)
So we decided it wouldn't hurt to take some supplements to help us along. We went to the Cornucopia store nearby and bought some Maca Root for myself and DH. I've also been taking prenatal vitamins.
My questions come in when I started researching other ways to help us along. Like Evening Primrose Oil and Progesterone Creams.
Have any of you used these to help? Have they helped any of you in past BFP's?
According to what I've read I'm thinking I'm going to consistently take the Prenatal Vitamins. Take the Maca Root until I get a BFP or miss my period (whichever comes first). Take the evening primrose oil capsules until Ovulation and start rubbing Progesterone cream on my abdomen 14 days before my next AF should come.
I'm nervous about the Progesterone cream and I wonder if it's a good idea at all.
Any advice is welcome.
