Hoping the Easter Bunny will bring me a Christmas present

My IUD was removed in February 2011, so we've been trying for over a year now. This was my first month on Chlomid. I used a digital OPK and got a positive result last week, so yesterday I went in for my progesterone lab to confirm ovulation.

Today the nurse called me with the results. Technically, she said I was in the range to have ovulated. My number was 7.5. She had the doctor look at it, because she felt like it was low, but he said that it's technically in the range, and there is still a possibility that it we may have caught it this month. She wants to see the number increase to 10 or more. But she said that if it doesn't happen this time, that next month, when I start my cycle, to call her and she'll call in my chlomid prescription and this time they will increase the dosage to 100 (last month it was 50). After that we'll do everything the same as this month - I'll go in for an ultrasound 2 weeks after my cycle starts, and then I have to call them once I get a positve OPK test to schedule a progesterone lab.

However, I'm trying to remain cautiously optimistic that there won't be a need for next month. I'm REALLY REALLY hoping that The Easter Bunny will bring me a Christmas Present this weekend. My estimated due date based on cycle dates and date of conception would be Dec 17 - Dec 20th, according to online calculators. If it doesnt happen this month, that's fine, we've got a plan for next month, so it's all good. But a Christmas baby would be pretty fantabulous.

I'm planning on testing Saturday. That's only going to be 9DPO, but we're going to see family this weekend, and with as much travelling as it is, it sure would be nice to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Like I said - Maybe the Easter Bunny will bring me a Christmas Present. If not, well, maybe I'll know by next week sometime. Gotta love the 2WW. Anybody else with me?

Keeping my fingers crossed for you Amanda!!

We're just gearing up to O and would have a late december/early January due date. I SO Hope you're able to join the Dec '12 boards. There are so many awesome ladies on there already.
