This cycle will be our 6th if you count the two months of JLIH.

We've only been actively trying for 3 months. We haven't been preventing or trying since April 2011 when we found out that FH had testicular cancer though. Getting pg before may of this year would have put us in a tight spot, but we would have found a way to make it work.

I hope everyone gets a bfp soon. And Michelle I will keep my fingers crossed that this is your cycle. Have you seen a doctor yet? DH and I agreed to try for at least the rest of this year before seeking help, since our insurance doesn't cover fertility visits/treatments. Hoping it happens for us before that pont though. 20 months has got to feel so very long when you are living life 2 weeks at a time. I feel like time stops during the 2ww.

Thanks Elizabeth. I have seen a family doctor and an RE. Family doctor told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with DH or me and the RE told me I "may" not have strong enough ovulation so she put me on clomid for 4 months. That didn't do anything either. I just wonder that if I supposedly have nothing wrong, why would it take this long and counting, you know? Not to mention the RE was rude and the next nearest RE I could go to is three hours away and that just isn't possible to drive that far when you work 40 hours a week. So, I am kind of coming to terms that I will never have children. Every now and then I have a meltdown but then just pick myself back up and just keep on keeping on...you know?

Aww Michelle, it will happen. It took my friend 3 years to conceive her first. She had unexplained infertility and got pregnant with an iui. And then her 2nd was an accident. Ha! I'm sorry you had to deal with a rude RE, that's not cool. That's the last thing you want to deal with when all you want are answers.

We've been trying about a month... took about 3 months for each of our boys. Would love a girl this time as it's our last... but healthy trumps everything else.

:bigarmhug: Hang in there, Michelle! I'm still lurking some and keeping an eye on folks. Hope to see a bfp for you soon!
