I'm new to this board, so I'll start with a little intro. I'm Steph and my husband and I have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. We've been trying for a second for 13 months now. We finally hit the 12 month mark and I immediately went in to see the doctor because I new something was up. I had an ultrasound and they found a cyst on my right ovary. It was diagnosed as an endomitrioma and the doc said I most likely have endometriosis. I'm having the cyst surgically removed in two weeks. It will be my first surgery every so I'm pretty nervous.

Has anyone else had a similar surgery? Endometriosis? I'm a nervous wreck!

Thanks! Smile

Welcome! Sorry to hear about your cyst, but I'm glad they found it. I haven't had that surgery, but any surgery to me is scary. You will be fine though, its a routine procedure and it will be over before you know it. Some other ladies on here might know more about it. If not, try the April and May birth boards...most TTC ladies post over there these days.

Glad you got some answers, hopefully TTC will go by quickly now. Keep us posted.
