    Default Oing question

    Hi all,
    DH and I are ttc# 2.
With my dd we concieved the first cycle. I had stopped the bc pill and we concieved that month.
I stopped taking my bc pill in July and according to the ovulation calculator I am in my fertile window. But TMI, I don't seem to have the correct cervical mucus, that they talk about. I do remember having that the weekend we concieved my dd. So I am confused if I am actually ovulating or not... help

What ovulation calculation are you using? BBT? OPKs?

I too am curious to know what ovulation calculator you are using. Are you charting? If you aren't using them already, OPK's can help you confirm if you are about to Ovulate.

Good Luck. I hope it's your month!

If you had regular 28 day cycles before going on BCP, then it 'could' go back to that straight away, or it could take a month or so to regulate.. everyone reacts differently to stopping BCP. I assume the calculator you're using is just assuming that with a 28 day cycle, you will O on day 14 which is often not accurate!

Cramps could be a sign of ovulation, but not everyone gets that. I would keep an eye on your cm and just keep BDing regularly until you get a clearer sign that you are Oing.

    good luck!
