Are you a regular breakfast eater? What is your breakfast of choice?
I didn't use to be, but I try to eat breakfast every morning now. Usually it is either a sausage egg and cheese sandwich (so unhealthy, but SOOO good) or yogurt and fruit. Coffee is always part of the action!

No I am not a regular breakfast eater, I have gotten better lately though, but I just went so many years without it that I'm used to it now. Sometimes I have a good breakfast like a bowl of cereal, but I find that milk irritates me so I don't have it too often. I do have toast quite a bit, but some days I'm lazy and just have a granola bar or whatever.
Unless there's leftover pie or apple crisp I'm not much of a breakfast eater - other than coffee - so I try to drink a meal replacement shake at the very least, it's faster and easier than getting up the extra 10 or 15 mins earlier to make myself something and I can drink it as I get ready for work. Not the best option but I think it's better than nothing which is what I used to have.
I have to be a regular breakfast eater. Not eating breakfasts leads to migraines and other unpleasant side-effects. This also happens when I eat sugary breakfasts, so my breakfast of choice always includes eggs and either cheese or bacon. Sausage, IF it's homemade. I really enjoy homemade Egg McMuffins.
My usual breakfast, though, is just whole wheat toast with butter. Sometimes a boiled egg, and sometimes some jam on the toast. In the winter I enjoy oatmeal, though it has to be accompanied by something high in fat and/or protein.
