When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up??
A dentist. I was stuck on this forever. Until grade 9 biology, when we dissected something and I had the urge to vomit, and someone told me dental school has surgeries and dissection too.
So for now, I am an independent artist! Hahaha!
I really wanted to be a nurse. But...I'm kinda weak when it comes to trauma  so don't know how that would have worked out lol!
Doctor. I was supposed to go into the Medical Academy at the high school I was supposed to go to. I changed my mind and wanted to go to the same high school as my older sister. That's when that dream kind of died.
I wanted to be a pediatrician in middle school, and wanted to be a teacher in high school. I eventually went to college and got about half of the degree to go towards teaching, but dropped out. I'm hoping to go back one day...
Depends when in childhood you talk about. First I wanted to be the first woman to play professional baseball in the big leagues. (If you knew how unathletic I am, you'd know that was a pipe dream! ) For awhile I wanted to be an astronaut and for awhile a nurse (like some others, bio disections took care of that one!) From late middle school on it was always something to do with music...which I do!
I wanted to be a Pediactric Oncologist for a L-O-N-G time but when I graduated high school I decided I was done with school so I went into teaching
I've always wanted to be a nurse, and I'm currently in school for that. Now though, I would love to be a labor and delivery nurse.
I remember wanting to be a dancer for a while - unusual for someone who didn't even take dancing lessons!! lol Also went though a model phase. By highschool I knew I wanted to do something with kids - physical or occupational therapist were ideas - then I learned about the dissection required! Also thought about doing music therapy for a while, but figured the job market might be a bit tight for that one! Finally settled on being a teacher...
I had no idea what I wanted to be. I went to college and had no idea. And then my 3rd year I had to either choose a major or my advisor had permission to pick a major for me. So I did business administration because I could graduate on time still. And now I still don't know what I want to be if I weren't a SAHM.
I wanted to be a famous country singer. Dolly Parton was my idol as a kid. If you only knew what a terrible singing voice I have, you would be !!
If that dream didn't come true I wanted to be a SAHM mom. But even so, I still always wanted to go to college. I'm weird, I know.
I wanted to be a confectionary when I was little. I would take pieces of Play-Doh and make them into little pieces of candy (but I didn't eat them....although I did lick play-doh once to see what it tastes like).
A nurse or a teacher.
I got my degree in engineering, and now I'm a full-time SAHM, probably for the next twenty years. Talk about all over the board!
I wanted to be a professional figure skater, even though i only took lessons for one year!
