short Intro

I just popped in to see how things are going on this board. Haven't been on here in a few years. When I first joined we had been TTC for 9 months. I was around here for a while and then moved on to the Clomid board and finally found a home on the IVF board (where I still go). To make a long story short we TTC for almost 3 years before we were blessed with our LO in July 2010 (5 cycles of femara, IUI, 2 failed IVF cycles, 1 successful injectable IUI cycle). I was diagnosed with DOR (diminished ovarian reserve) because my cd3 FSH was high. We have no idea if I'll ever get pregnant again, but plan to try the old-fashioned way for 6 cycles before going back to the RE (reproductive endocrinologist) for assistance. I'm still breastfeeding my 14.5 month old and my cycle just returned a couple of months ago. Cycle #3 started yesterday. I ovulated later (cd 20 and cd 19) in the last two cycles and had a shorter luteal phase (8 days and then 9 days). Hopefully, my ovulation day will continue to move up and my lp will continue to get longer.

Welcome back! Sounds like you've had a rough journey. I'm so glad that your first journey resulted in a sweet baby. I hope that this time things are much easier for you and that your stay here is short and sweet. Smile Good luck with everything!

Thanks for the welcome! I still pop in on the IVF board and have been obsessing over pee sticks on the DYSAL board. Thought I'd try this board, too. It used to be crazy-busy here. Not sure where everyone has gone!
