I'm trying this for the first time to help TTC... anyone ever do this? You are supposed to put it in after DTD and it helps keep the sperm by your cervix longer. I just don't know how long i'm supposed to keep it in? Do i just leave it in all day the next day?

I've tried this recently, It really works for keeping everything up there and there was the added bonus of limited 'mess'. I have not O'd yet since trying it though, first time reound was a practice round so that I could try it out first, wasn't sure how easy it would be to insert but it was super easy!
I'd only keep it in overnight since you are not supposed to keep them in more than 12 hours.

Good luck and let us know if it works! Biggrin

IDK.... it sounds to me like a compny just trying to sell more fertility stuff to peopel wanting to concieve. I say save your $$ and try the good old fashioned way of lying with your pelvis on a pillow and legs up for a little while after DTD. Just totally my opinion.

I haven't researched this a whole lot, but I do remember reading somewhere someone suggested putting some preseed in the cup before inserting. I thought that was a cool tip!
