    Default Stocking up..

I have stocked up on FRER First Response tests. I have four hidden away for the end of this month. Hope this will be it for us! In case you don't know this, I'm a serial tester. Can't help it.

The first time I TTC'd I would buy a lot of FRER's, but it gets expensive if it takes a while. So I started using the dollar store tests too. This time I bought a whole bunch of (50 pack) of internet cheapies! I used about 10 before I got my BFP and then used like 20 more, just to make up for all the BFN's in my life! (I'm an admitted POAS-aholic!)

To stop myself from using any more, I sent them to Jackie!

Our walmart has the two pack + 1 for $7.98, and if you open the box and get the insert, there's a $2.00 off coupon. That makes them really affordable. You get three tests for 5.98.

I got the same good deal at Target on the FRER's. It's like poison having those things around though. I vow not to test until 12DPO.

Ovulation tests....I have 30 of those right now. My husband would kill me if he knew I spent 37$ on them! They are the ones with the smiley face, which, when positive, literally make me smile! Maybe he would find that amusing also, if i ever showed him! He has no idea I am doing them or how obsessive this can be. Luckily, he is not checking my debits/groceries really closely!

lol. I can't believe the dollar store tests are that expensive. Dang. Our dollar store one's are $1. each. My hubby knows I buy them, he knows i'm buying them for that deal. He doesnt mind so much then. He also doesn't check so much with grocery shopping. I'm afraid of those ovulation tests.

I'm so excited! I just bought a few preg tests from the dollar store and my husband rolled his eyes at me...I explained that we use them first and then get the FRER. We aren't suppose to be TTC until next month, but we have been getting a little lazy on the preventing part, so who knows... I'm ready just in case.

I find I don't spend as much money on them if I put a limit on them. I just bought them in "bulk" tonight online. 30 Ovulation tests, 10 Pregnancy Tests. That way if it takes a while for us I'll have plenty of tests. It's always great to be prepared.
