I would say the darkness of the line depends on what time of day you took the test. Was it with first morning urine? If not it could be more diluted urine and that could be a reason for the test line to be lighter. Also, that looks like a dollar store test to me and I've heard that they often stay light for a while because there isn't as much dye in them to begin with. I've used them myself and gotten mixed results. I would try another brand too to check it with. It's possible for you to ovulate without having a period so maybe that's what's happened and it's really early and that's why you've got a light line. There are all sorts of reasons but the fact that you've got a good obvious line even if it is light is a good thing. I'd call your doctor Monday and let them know! Congratulations!
yeah its looks better in person im having to take the pic with my phone and up load it to my computer but i ws making sure i wasnt seeing things becuse before i was gettn negative. and i have taken 3 this morning and all positive. so yay im preggers...i will call my doctor monday but my doctor doesnt want me to be pregnant. he basicly refused to remove my mirena at first then i threw a fit and he removed it. on all 3 test there is 2 lines im excited. this will be my husband and i last child because we already have 2 together but i have 4 in all. 2 with an ex and 2 with my hubby..its exactly 4 weeks from my last missed period. my last period was dec 1,2011 and i got the mirena remvoed nov 29,2011 and i was supposed to have my period on dec 31,2011 and i didnt and today is exactly 4 weeks from dec 31.....i used 3 dollar store brand and they all came out the same so im guessing im pregnant...ill call my doctor monday to see if i can get in to take a test through them so i can know for sure..and i did use first morning pee for the first two the third one is here and it was the second time i went to the bathroom i used it too..it came out darker than the first two..im excited..i knew i was because i was having symptoms and stuff..but i know after mirena removal it can mess up things..i posted 2 other pictures in do you see lines?
That is definitely a BFP! Congratulations!!
My first recommendation to you would be to change doctors. No doctor has a right to refuse to treat you in any way shape or form. Is there a medical reason why your doctor is against you having more children? Even if that's the case he can recommend that you not have more children, but in no way can he refuse to remove your IUD, and if he did that I might be concerned about how he might treat you going forward. All that said, I will say that I am not familiar with all the circumstances of your situation.
I would say that you are likely about 4 weeks pg at this point, based on information you've provided. An OB can do a dating ultrasound to give you a pretty good idea on an estimated due date. Congratulations again and best of luck to you!
Congrats! And yeah, find a new doctor if you can. If you had issues before pregnancy with him, it's not going to get any better during pregnancy.
I think the main reason he doesn't want me to have anymore because i have to have c-section. and i have already had 4. i can understand that but he has no right to refuse things when he gets paid before i can even see him. then the nurses told me that no other doctor offices were accepting new patients and im like how do u kno? there is no way of them knoing that..so yeah im diffently changing doctors. im so excited because this will be my hubby and i 3rd baby and my 5th. but we made the decision to have 1 one and be done. mainly cuz we have 2 girls together. he wants to try one more time to see maybe we can get a boy..either way we will be happy but we just wanted to try for one more. i took 3 test this morning and all positive...im going to go to the health department to get another test done so i can see if i can get medicade. and ii didnt have issues with him when i was pregnant with my last child. just afterwards when i wanted to get the mirena removed..i had a different doc deliver my first 3 but he moved so i had to change doctors. but im gonna try and find a diff doc for sure...thanks yall..
There are people who have had way more than 5 c/s. Yes, there are risks with a c/s as you should know by now, and depending on your own history, the risk for issues goes up with more c/s. However, there's no rule that you can only have 4 c/s or something.
Best of luck!
yes i know i have had 4 c-sections and i know how they go. i do know there is more of a risk as you have more c-sections. my husband and i have decided that this will be our last child so we know we wont be having anymore im going to get my tubes cut tied and burned. and thankz for everyone replys..i just wanted to make sure that my eyes werent decieving me..lol..i havnt had any problems with any of my c-sections i healed the way i was supposed to and didnt have any problems with the incision..i could kinda tell i was pregnant before testing here recently because where my c-section was done at when i turned a certain way it was kind of send a pain and thats happened with all my pregnancy but my first. ive had the nausea like im going to get sick but dont i really ahvent had many symptoms of pregnancy just had a feeling.
