TMI: Swollen *UHMM*
So...more questions. :) Because this is our first cycle and there's a lot unknown to DH and I...His method is DTD every day until CD16 to make sure there's a good supply.
Since CD11 I've had watery CM. Yesterday I had an obvious positive OPK. Those tests were confusing until yesterday...there was an obvious difference in the lines so now I know what to look for (if we didn't catch this eggy...)
But I never saw any EWCM. I also felt my cervix open the last couple of days and it was soft. Today it's still kinda open but firm again. Oh...and my OPK today is negative again.
The difference that confuses me...is today I had to push hard to get ONE finger past my swollen vagina. I mean it's really swollen and soft. TMI...DH even had trouble getting in last night and he said I was soft and swollen. I didn't feel it for myself until I tried to check for CM today. Also...today I'm not very wet anymore.
Some of the things I've read online say that your CM will start to dry again after you O. Some things I've read say that your vagina will swell if you're getting pregnant... IDK.
What do you ladies think?
I don't know about the swollen vagina part, but DTD every day isn't a bad strategy. If your DH has a lower sperm count, DTD every other day might be better because DTD every day can lower the supply. If you DTD every day though you would be in very good shape to get pg. I've never heard that a swollen vagina leads is a sign of pregnancy, that is interesting! I think it sounds like you O'd within the last day or so. Good Luck!! Definitely KUP!
FF still doesn't say that I O'd even though I had a positive OPK. After I O'd my CM went dry, then sticky now it's kinda creamy. I never once saw any EWCM. But we're still hoping and praying that an egg was launched due to the OPK+...and we DTD everyday. We skipped the day before yesterday and the swelling went away. Might have been swollen due to constant DTD.
I'll keep y'all posted. Only 7 more days until I'm gonna take my first test (5 days before my next cycle should start)
I'm sorry. My post went up twice. I'm not sure why.
