    Lightbulb TTC Question

So, I went off of my 28 day birth control Yaz this past Thursday. I started a full blown heavy period this morning. Does this mean that my body is going to quickly bounce back to ovulate? I have found it hard to get a straight answer online so far. It all says it could be several cycles to get your period. Thanks in advance!

It really depends on how your body handles the fluctuation of hormones. Some people will bounce right back to their normal cycle and some people go about a year still having irregular or no periods at all. I would start charting your cycles right away so you can see how it is affecting you.

For me personally it took a few months for my cycle to get back on track, so it can really vary from person to person.

It took me no time at all to get back to normal. And my sister got pregnant her first cycle off BC but everyone is different. Hopefully I get on track quickly.

I hope it takes me no time to get back to normal. I am finishing a 5 day pd, and hope this means my body will bounce back asap!
