Ultrasound

Well, tomorrow I am getting an ultrasound! (Not to mention I am getting my blood work results back) Hope they have some answers!

I hope you get some great news from your test results and ultrasound! I know it made a big difference for me having those answers. Are you schedule for an HSG or anything or does your doc do all the baseline stuff and then decide if you need that? Looks like I'll be having one if I'm not pregnant this month just to make sure my tubes are okay since everything else is. At first I thought having more answers might make me more obsessive or something but honestly it feels so good to know what's going on. Good luck sweetie! I'll be thinking about you!

As of right now I don't have an HSG scheduled, just baseline tests are being done. I am so happy that DH and I are finally going to get answers! Should my results come back bad at least we will have an answer to what the problem is and a solution to solve it.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you Leah! Hopefully you will end up pregnant and you won't have to worry about anymore testing.

I hope it goes well tomorrow! I can't remember if you chart or not? Do you know if you O? It seems that not O'ing is the most common problem and it's so easily fixed for most people. I hope it's something nice and simple for you that can be fixed easily! I hope I get pregnant this month too since the thought of an HSG scares me, but I do realize now that if I have to have one it's not the worst thing. A few minutes of possible discomfort is probably nothing compared to months and months of the pain of not conceiving and not knowing why. That's what I keep telling myself anyway so I don't freak out if I do have to have one. Lol. Either way, having answers makes DH and I both feel so much closer to our BFP! And that feeling is priceless. Smile Good luck sweetie!

Thanks ladies! I got the results of my blood test back first which all came back perfect! I then received the ultrasound and he thoroughly checked everything which came back....Perfect! He said that as far as he can see I do not have endometriosis. Since I am 6 dpo though he wasn't able to check for a mature follicle, being as I had already ovulated, so he told me to come back on cycle day 12 and he would give me a free ultrasound to check for ovulation. He said depending then on that ultrasound he may put me on Clomid. I am so HAPPY that everything was great but then that leaves me wondering...Well if everything is fine with me and everything is fine with DH, what in the world is taking so long!?

Yay! I'm so glad your appointment went well! It could be that you have the same problem that I do. I O on my own but it's not effective enough of an O to get me pregnant I guess. I have an LH surge and everything and it appears that I O but it's just not good enough so I have to take the fertility meds, but I respond extremely well on the lowest dose and I think most people do if they O on their own but it isn't the best. I hope that's all it is and they can get you on something to help you and it'll happen super fast for you! I'm so glad everything came back normal! :bigarmhug:

Thanks Leah! I'm hoping a little bit of fertility meds will kick my woman parts into gear. I have to admit I am a little bit nervous about starting clomid what with all of the horror stories, but in the end it's a price I will pay if it means a baby Smile

That's how I felt too and it may not have worked for me but it does work for a LOT of women. I do like Femara better but then some people have the bad side effects with Femara and none with Clomid. Whatever get things working to make it happen, I say. Smile

Glad to hear you seem to be in working order. Hopefully, your body got the message that everything is a go and you're pg soon!
